Knowing the amount of passion that Texans feel for their barbecue, I’m almost afraid to write about it. I once got into a drunken argument with someone from Austin in my tiny college town in North Carolina about which city had the better barbecue. We finally clinked glasses and drank to the fact that Texas had the best barbecue in the country and left it at that. 021: Guadalajara Hacienda
In Upper Kirby on February 5, 2010 at 11:59 pmBoth my father and my cousin feel that Guadalajara is too fancy for Mexican food, but I couldn’t disagree more. They have my favorite chicken quesadillas in town, which are just as good cold out of a take out box as they are on the table.
